Location

Traveling on 87 North: Merge onto US-9 N via Exit 13N toward Saratoga Springs. Go approximately 5 miles (US-9N becomes Broadway). Turn Left onto Church Street. Turn first Right onto Woodlawn Avenue. Free Public Parking Garage immediately on Left. Go one block and end at 75 Woodlawn Avenue, Grant Plaza, on the Left. Please note that, when facing the building, the yoga studio is on the right side of the building to the rear, just behind the Arthur Murray Dance Studio.

Traveling on 87 South: Take the RT-50 S exit, Exit 15, toward RT-29 W/Saratoga Springs. Go approximately 0.4 miles. Merge onto NY-50/CV Whitney Memorial HWY. Go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn slight Right onto Van Dam Street. Turn first Left onto Woodlawn Ave. End at 75 Woodlawn Avenue, Grant Plaza, on the Right. Go one block further and Free Public Parking Garage immediately on Right. Please note that, when facing the building, the yoga studio is on the right side of the building to the rear, just behind the Arthur Murray Dance Studio.

PARKING: Sufficient parking is available in the free covered public parking lot next to Grant Plaza on the corner of Woodlawn Avenue and Church Street.  Additional parking spaces are located on the right side of the Plaza (limited) and in the parking lot behind the Plaza.
